General Financial Management • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both the contracting and consulting arms of the business. • Cash Flow Forecasting: Monitor cash flow closely, projecting incoming receipts against heavy project expenditures (such as upfront material orders or payroll mobilization). • Payroll Oversight: Ensure certified payroll reports are accurately completed and submitted for prevailing wage or government-funded electrical contracts. • Tax Compliance: Oversee sales and use tax compliance, especially regarding project material exemptions and multi-jurisdictional job sites.
