EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for executing email campaigns that engage our audience, drive conversions, and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle emails.

• Design and develop customized email templates that are visually appealing, align with brand guidelines, and enhance user engagement.

• Manage the end-to-end process of email marketing campaigns, from strategy and design to execution and reporting.

• Segment and maintain email lists for personalized and relevant outreach.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.

• A/B test subject lines, email content, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales, and customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Ensure emails are optimized for deliverability, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.

• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.

• Proficient in email marketing platforms like Hubspot, Klaviyo, Marketo & Mailchimp

• Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics tools

• Excellent written communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive email content.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email customization is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.

• Ability to think strategically and analytically to optimize email campaigns.
