Job summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR generalist to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day people management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on recruitment experience, and preferably exposure to technical recruitment.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

Handle technical and non-technical recruitment requirements.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.

Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

Monitor employee performance and maintain relevant HR records.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment performance reports.

Support employee engagement and retention activities.

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and recruitment status.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and employee-handling skills.

Strong recruitment and candidate screening ability.

Knowledge of technical recruitment is preferred.

Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

Ability to maintain HR records and prepare reports.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements.

Qualification

MBA / PGDM in human resources or equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidates with relevant HR experience and strong recruitment exposure may also apply.
