Job Summary

The Shri Ram Universal School, Perambur is seeking a passionate and experienced TGT English Teacher to teach middle school students in a CBSE environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and student-centered learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English to students of Grades 68 (higher grades may be assigned based on experience).Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and NCERT guidelines.Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and question papers.Evaluate students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.Maintain student records, attendance, and assessment documentation.Foster effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.Participate in PTMs, school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.Support the overall academic and co-curricular development of students.Eligibility

Preferably Bachelor's Degree in English (B.A.) and Master's Degree in English (M.A.) is an added advantage.Completed B.Ed./enrolling B Ed is mandatory.Minimum 2years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.Experience handling the NCERT curriculum is preferred.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills
