Candidate RequirementsGraduate preferred; candidates with relevant retail experience can also apply. 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or team-lead role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of sales, customer service and store operations . Ability to manage and motivate a team. Good numerical and analytical skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems . Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and holidays. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
