Our platform helps organizations plan work smarter, allocate resources efficiently, and improve productivity through better scheduling and capacity planning.We are focused on building simple, powerful products that solve real operational challenges for businesses worldwide.ProfileWe're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with 5–8 years of B2B SaaS experience who can:Own end-to-end digital marketing (paid ads, SEO, content, email)Drive qualified leads and revenue, not just trafficUse AI tools and modern marketing tactics to stay aheadLead and mentor a small marketing team (3–6 people)Responsibilities1) Performance MarketingRun and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaignsImprove CAC, CPL, and ROI across all paid channelsBuild ABM campaigns for enterprise prospects2) SEO & ContentLead AI-powered SEO using ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, or similar toolsCreate content strategies around high-intent keywordsOptimize technical SEO and improve organic rankings3) Lead Generation & Funnel OptimizationDrive demand generation and qualified pipeline (MQLs → SQLs)Improve conversion rates across landing pages, forms, and nurture flowsRun experiments to optimize the buyer journey4) Analytics & ReportingTrack performance using GA4, HubSpot/CRM, and dashboardsAnalyze funnel metrics and channel ROIMake data-driven decisions on budget and strategy5) Team LeadershipManage and mentor 3–6 marketersSet clear goals and hold the team accountableBuild a culture of experimentation and learningRequirements5–8 years in digital marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)Proven success with Google Ads and LinkedIn AdsStrong SEO skills (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console)Experience with AI SEO tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Clearscope)Hands-on with GA4, CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), and marketing automationTrack record of improving lead quality and reducing CACExperience managing or mentoring a teamWhy join us?5-day work week.Collaborative, fast-growing teamQuarterly recognition programs & yearly outingsPaid leaves and learning opportunities
