The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. The Senior Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that will increase our revenue and market share.Responsibilities:● Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities● Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to increase revenue and expand our customer base● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities● Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads● Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets● Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior managementQualifications:● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field● 4 + years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 1 year in a management role● Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting revenue targets● Strong understanding of the sales process and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills● Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
