About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain an up-to-date client database managing preferences and requirements (e.g., prenatal, pregnancy, and postnatal fitness options, and toddler play date interest).

2. Reach out to new clients, sharing details about SBB's information sessions, prenatal/pregnancy/postnatal fitness sessions, yoga sessions, and toddler play dates.

3. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain usage records for reporting.

4. Follow up with new and existing clients to encourage engagement in sessions, workshops, and renewals.
