1. Call and follow up with B2B and retail leads.

2. Explain Ecoban products, pricing and specifications to customers.

3. Generate and qualify sales enquiries.

4. Follow up through phone and WhatsApp.

5. Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in CRM.

6. Convert enquiries into samples and orders.

7. Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
