Field Sales Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the banking sector, specifically focusing on CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers in the assigned regions of Jamshedpur, Ranchi, and Purnia.
• Conduct field visits to promote and sell banking products, particularly CASA offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product offerings.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
