• Role: Technical Support (International Voice)
• Shift: Night Shift
• Transportation: Cab facility is available
• 1 to 2 Years Experience: 4.10 LPA to 4.78 LPA (Maximum)
• 2+ Years Experience: 4.75 LPA to 5.50 LPA (Maximum)

Core Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Focus heavily on achieving First Contact Resolution (FCR).
• Stay updated on newly released products and recent technical updates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, qualified environment.
• Sales Component: Position, pitch, and sell Premium Support Contracts to customers based on their technical needs and support entitlement.
