• General Insurance Broking
• Client Servicing
• Renewals & New Business
• Quotations & Policy Administration
• Endorsements & Cancellations
• Claims Support
• Insurer Follow-ups
• Broking Operations The Ideal Candidate Will Have - Previous experience with a General Insurance Broker or Insurer
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Good understanding of commercial and/or personal insurance products
• Experience managing renewals, quotations and policy documentation
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with an Australian-based broking team
• A proactive, professional and collaborative approach Experience supporting Australian General Insurance operations will be highly regarded.
