About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and develop original 2D character concepts, poses, expressions, and visual assets for the HITA brand.

2. Help establish and maintain a consistent visual identity and character design system for HITA.

3. Create high-quality illustrations, concept art, social media visuals, and other brand assets.

4. Collaborate with the team to explore and refine creative ideas, character concepts, and visual directions.

5. Convert feedback and rough ideas into polished, production-ready visual designs.

6. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 4,000 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 7,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 1200000/year
