German Speaking Business Analyst ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM) (Coimbatore)

Job Summary

We are looking for a German-speaking Business Analyst with robust experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules) to support technology projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams for ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Support project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent in German (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
• German proficiency levels such as A1 / A2 / B1 / B2 / C1 / C2.
• Certifications such as CEFR / Goethe / TELC / OSD are preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM modules.
• Experience in BRD preparation and requirement documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Experience working in technology or IT projects.
• Candidates with German certification.
