We are looking for a motivated OPT Recruiter to join our team in Chirala. As a trainee recruiter, you will play a key role in connecting talented international students with job opportunities in the United States. Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Search and identify potential candidates on job portals and social media to build a strong talent pool. This involves using effective keywords and strategies to attract quality applicants.- Resume Screening: Review and analyze resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements. You will filter applications to find those that best fit the employers needs.- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and employers. This includes communicating details and facilitating a smooth interview process.- Client Interaction: Communicate with employers to understand their hiring requirements and provide them with the best candidates. Building strong relationships with clients is essential to understand their business needs.- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and status updates in our database.
