We are looking for candidates with strong sales skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and relevant automobile showroom experience. Key Responsibilities Attend showroom customers and understand their requirements. Explain motorcycle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers. Convert customer enquiries into successful sales. Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers. Explain available finance, insurance, and exchange options, wherever applicable. Achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth sales operations. Candidate Requirements 1–4 years of experience in automobile or two-wheeler showroom sales preferred. Experience with Royal Enfield or Hero dealerships will be an added advantage. Strong communication and convincing skills. Good customer-handling and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve sales goals. Candidates with relevant experience and a proven sales track record will be preferred. Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. Salary Hike: Experienced candidates may be offered an attractive hike over their current salary, subject to evaluation and the employer's budget.
