Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in the manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding. You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and drive selection processes, providing valuable recruitment metrics and insights.

Key responsibilities include developing and driving the Campus Hiring Strategy in collaboration with leading educational institutions, managing relationships with various recruitment platforms and consultants, and leveraging data analytics to identify market trends and talent availability. You will conduct regular recruitment planning meetings with hiring managers, ensuring timely updates on hiring progress and challenges.

As a leader, you will mentor and manage a dynamic recruitment team, promoting internal job postings and employee referral programs to enhance internal mobility. You will define and monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and quality of hire, while leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes and improve overall hiring effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of overall talent acquisition experience, with a strong background in lateral and volume hiring, and at least 7 years in team management. Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong analytical mindset are essential. Familiarity with recruitment technology and digital sourcing platforms is also required.
