Reporting Analyst Healthcare Operations, Executive Insights

Job Description:

Identify, request, and collect data from internal systems, hospital partners, external vendors, and third-party sources.

Validate, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Partner with IT, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Business Development to centralize dataflows and establish reliable data pipelines.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and visuals that support operational and strategic reporting needs.

Develop presentation-ready reports for leadership meetings, board discussions, client performance reviews, and program updates.

Summarize key findings through narratives, charts, tables, and visual storytelling to make complex information understandable and actionable.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

25 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization.

Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization design).

Advanced PowerPoint skills, including slide design, sequencing, and professional presentation formatting.

Familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, Power BI) preferred.

Ability to understand medical terminology, healthcare operations, and business metrics.

Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
