About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach English to Grades 3-5 and handle the academic requirements of these classes.

2. Make English classes interactive and engaging through stories, games, role-plays, activities, and discussions.

3. Focus on improving students' speaking, reading, writing, listening, and vocabulary skills.

4. Conduct regular speaking activities such as storytelling, show-and-tell, picture talk, JAM, role-plays, and group discussions.

5. Build students' confidence and communication skills by encouraging them to express their thoughts, participate in discussions, and speak in front of others.

6. Encourage students to read more and express their ideas confidently.

7. Use creative activities to develop writing and comprehension skills.

8. Communicate students' progress, areas for improvement, and learning needs effectively with parents when required.

9. Prepare students for assemblies, competitions, speeches, elocution, storytelling, and other school activities.

10. Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly classroom environment.

11. Conduct regular formative assessments, worksheets, class activities, and oral assessments to monitor student progress.

12. Work closely with other teachers and communicate with parents regarding students' academic progress when required.

13.
