This is not a typical internship, as an operations intern, you'll work alongside the operations team on real, day-to-day responsibilities that directly affect customers and service partners. No prior experience is needed, just the hunger to learn, own, and grow.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing daily service bookings and monitoring order fulfillment status.

2. Coordinate with service partners for scheduling, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

3. Support customer queries and ensure timely, empathetic responses.

4. Maintain and update operational dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.

5. Assist in compiling and analyzing data to surface operational insights.

6. Support documentation of SOPs and process improvement initiatives.

7. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 1,000 /month

1. This is a full-time internship, in-person, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

2. High-performing interns will be considered for full-time roles post-internship, with an official letter of recommendation and internship certificate provided, along with direct mentorship from the founding operations team.
