As a STEM Educator at Astropathshala (Education venture of Astroverse Exp. Pvt. Ltd), you will conduct hands-on STEM and space-science workshops in our established AstroLab in the collaborated school, to take sessions on Astronomy, Robotics, Rocket Engineering, Avionics, Satellite Engineering, Drone Engineering Etc.You will also work closely with our academic and R&D teams to continuously improve it. What You Will Do

1. Conduct Hands-On STEM Workshops2. Teach STEM & Space Science.3. Create Experiential Learning4. Make Science Understandable5. Develop Educational Content6. Engage & Inspire Students7. Work With the Academic & R&D Teams Academic Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent in any of the following:

B.Sc.

Physics

Mathematics

B.Tech / B.E.

M.Sc.

or another relevant STEM discipline

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

Experience or familiarity with:Astronomy

Robotics

Electronics

Rocket Science

Telescope Fundamentals

Freshers are encouraged to apply. The 2-Months Training Program

Every selected candidate goes through an intensive 2-month training program at our Head office (Haldwani, Uttarakhand). After which they will get deputed.The training is designed to transform a STEM graduate into a confident STEM Educator.You will receive exposure to:Build strong conceptual understanding across astronomy, physics, space science and emerging technologies.

Learn how to convert scientific concepts into age-appropriate, experiential learning experiences.

Work directly with STEM equipment, models, experiments and educational kits.

Learn how to plan, conduct and evaluate complete STEM workshops.

Develop skills to manage classrooms, engage different types of learners and maintain an inquisitive learning environment.

Participate in real workshops, demonstrations, school programs and STEM events.

Training is not just classroom learning. You will learn by doing.

What Your Work May Look Like

One day, you could be helping a group of students understand how rockets fly.Another day, you could be helping them build and test a robotic system.You might operate a telescope with students, conduct an astronomy observation session, guide a satellite-model project, or help a team solve an engineering challenge.The common thread is simple:Students should leave your workshop more curious than when they entered.
