About the Company: Trivandrum based furniture company

Overview: A store manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail store.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Staff management: Hiring, training, and supervising employees, including sales representatives and retail store clerks

Inventory management: Maintaining inventory levels, ensuring stocking, and implementing purchasing plans

Sales management: Meeting sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and creating promotions

Customer service: Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service

Store maintenance: Ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times

Financial management: Managing all controllable costs and bank drop-offs

Health and safety: Adhering to health and safety protocols and policies

Store layout: Optimizing store layouts

Communication: Using various software applications and tools to communicate with customers effectively

Shift Timings: 10.00-9.00pm
