Job Description for Production:Production (Assembly & Line Operations)Emphasis: Assembly throughput, wiring harness precision, and tact-time adherence. Mechanical & Electrical Line Assembly: Hands-on experience with pneumatic torque tools, multi-spindle tighteners, frame mounting, suspension, swingarms, and hub/mid-drive motors. Wiring Harness & Connectors: Proficiency with high-current terminal connections, IP67 waterproof connector routing, pin-outs, and cable strain relief. Battery Pack Installation: Understanding safe physical handling, mechanical mounting, and connector mating for high-voltage battery packs. Process Discipline: Ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain line Takt time, and avoid line stoppage.
