Senior Manager - Auto & Educational Loans

Job Role Drive business across Auto Loans and Educational Loans through direct sourcing, DSAs, vehicle dealers, education consultants, institutions, and channel partners. Key Responsibilities * Generate and convert Auto Loan & Educational Loan leads. * Develop and manage relationships with vehicle dealers, DSAs, education consultants, institutions, bankers, and customers. * Coordinate with bankers, credit, operations, and lending partners for smooth and timely case processing. * Manage the complete loan cycle from lead generation, login, documentation, sanction to disbursement * Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the dealer, DSA, and institutional network. * Maintain regular follow-ups on pending cases and ensure timely case movement. * Monitor pipeline, conversions, disbursements, and maintain accurate MIS. Performance Criteria * Achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly business/disbursement targets. * Consistent target achievement and revenue contribution. * Lead-to-login and login-to-disbursement conversion. * New dealer, DSA, institutional, and channel-partner acquisition and activation. * Case quality, turnaround time, and follow-up efficiency. * Timely MIS reporting and adherence to business processes.
