Subreddit Moderator & Reddit Writer - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:We are looking for a 'Subreddit Moderator & Technical Reddit Writer' who understands how technical communities actually work.

This is not a traditional content-writing role. We are looking for someone who has experience building, managing, or contributing meaningfully to technical communities on Reddit and other developer-focused platforms. You will work closely with our team to build and manage subreddits around developer tools, APIs, SaaS, AI, automation, and related technical topics. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with enterprise clients and contribute to their community-building and content initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and actively contribute to technical Reddit communities.

2. Write high-quality, technically accurate Reddit posts, comments, discussions, guides, and community content.

3. Research development, AI, API, SaaS, automation, and programming topics and turn them into useful community discussions.

4. Understand subreddit culture, rules, moderation policies, community norms, and what makes content genuinely valuable.

5. Identify relevant conversations, questions, trends, and community opportunities.

6. Help grow healthy technical communities through authentic engagement rather than promotional content.

7. Moderate discussions, respond to community members, maintain quality standards, and handle spam or low-quality contributions.

8. Work with our strategy team to develop content and community-building plans.

9. Track community growth, engagement, sentiment, and content performance.

10. Collaborate with technical teams and client-side stakeholders to understand products and communicate them accurately.

11. Maintain a consistent voice and editorial standard across different communities.

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 6,500 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,500 - 5,000 /month
