Who We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (BPO, IT, US IT, Non-IT, or Corporate Sales).

Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Core Strengths: Strong sourcing abilities, screening skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and social media.

Screen, interview, and short-list profiles based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.

Achieve monthly hiring targets to maximize your incentives.
