Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the execution of site activities, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical drawings.
• Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes, ensuring accuracy in project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to the project manager.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure that work is carried out according to the approved plans and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of site execution processes and best practices in civil engineering.
