Pre Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Pre Sales Executive to join our team in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions in the real estate sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Engage with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Present and demonstrate our real estate offerings to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in pre sales processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
