Sales Coordinator

Coordinate daily activities of the Sales Executives and support the sales team. Manage and follow up on customer leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders. Schedule customer meetings and coordinate sales visits and follow-ups. Maintain and regularly update all sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and Invoices as required. Coordinate with customers and internal departments for order processing and dispatch. Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments. Maintain proper sales reports and documentation.
