SAP Master Data Management Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Management Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP MDM and a proven track record in managing master data processes, including vendor master, finance master data, and material master. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the data cleansing initiatives and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of master data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the master data management team, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure high-quality master data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular audits of master data to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in data management and cleansing.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to master data quality and team performance.
