IT Operations & Systems - Internship

About the internship:Keenheads Technologies Private Limited is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Operations & Systems Specialist. If you have expertise in Linux Administration, Microsoft 365, Vibe Coding, Network Management, English proficiency (spoken and written), Microsoft PowerApps, and problem-solving skills, then we want to hear from you!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and maintain day-to-day IT operations, including office IT infrastructure, connectivity, hardware, and employee IT support during and after work hours.

2. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including allocation, return, repair, and replacement of laptops, desktops, monitors, and other IT equipment.

3. Manage and maintain Linux servers hosted on-premises or in the cloud, including routine administration, monitoring and troubleshooting.

4. Create and manage Linux user accounts, groups, permissions, storage and other required server configurations.

5. Install, configure, upgrade and maintain engineering software, EDA tools and other required applications on Linux systems.

6. Manage IT vendors and service providers, promptly raise issues, follow up, escalate when required, and ensure timely resolution.

7. Create and manage user accounts, access, groups, licenses and permissions across Microsoft 365 and other required IT systems.

8. Support IT onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring timely provisioning and removal of user accounts, systems, and asset access.

9. Use Vibe Coding to build and maintain simple internal business applications and workflow automations using Microsoft 365 tools and AI-assisted development methods.
