Social Media Manager Intern

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative, self-motivated Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in executing social media strategies, developing engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and managing real-world client brand presences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, write, and schedule weekly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X using scheduling tools.

Asset Production: Design visually appealing graphics, short-form video assets (Reels/Shorts/TikToks), and copy tailored to client brand guidelines.

Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and proactively engage with target audiences and industry communities.

Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering weekly and monthly analytics data to measure engagement, reach, and growth trends.

Trend Research: Track social media trends, viral audio, platform updates, and competitor strategies to pitch fresh ideas during weekly team brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

Education/Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, PR, or a related field.

Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Content Tools: Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva or Photoshop, and basic video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with high attention to detail.

Organizational Skills: Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and adapt quickly to feedback.
