Agency Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agency Development Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR Region and Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through agency channels and developing strong relationships with agents and clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and marketing, with a focus on achieving targets and expanding our market presence in the life insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase agency sales and market share.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to ensure they meet their sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients to foster loyalty and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the life insurance industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support agency sales efforts.
