Responsibilities

1. Write highly technical documents in English, including professional portfolios, resumes, CVs, social media profiles, biographies & other documents for clients.2. Conduct detailed requirement analysis with diverse clients, including junior associates, executives (VP/CXOs), and specialized professionals, to understand job roles, document requirements, and provide consulting while ensuring timely delivery of assignments.3. Extensively use MS Office to produce high-quality, professional-looking documents.4. Showcase excellent spoken & written communication skills in the English language when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.5. Undertake secondary research to develop unique, innovative document formats and content strategies, while researching relevant content and industry jargon for various profiles.6. Ensure scrutiny of documents developed for clients and ensure that each document meets prescribed quality standards and norms.7. Communicate with customers, handle escalations, and resolve issues promptly.8. Achieve process SLAs and generate MIS reports.9. Conduct research to update yourself on industry knowledge & trends.
