About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling: Welcome shoppers, assist them with their needs, and make sure they have a positive experience in the store.

2. Store Management & Product Display: Keep the store clean, organized, and ensure products are neatly displayed on shelves.

3. Good Communication: Speak clearly and politely with customers to understand what they are looking for.

4. Billing & Stock Maintenance: Process customer payments at the checkout counter and keep track of store inventory.

5. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend additional or related products to help customers find what they need and increase sales.

6. Customer Queries & Complaints Handling: Answer questions quickly and resolve customer problems or complaints calmly.

7.
