Founder’s Office Intern (Customer Experience Focus)

We’re building Tara - an AI-powered cooking companion that sits above your cooktop, watches you cook and guides you in real time.

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the founders on high-impact, cross-functional projects with a primary focus on early user experience and pilot programs.

This is not a narrow support role. You will help shape how real users experience Tara in its earliest stages and ensure we build something people truly love.

What You’ll Do

*Primary Focus (Customer Experience) : *

Onboard and manage early pilot users

Design structured cooking sessions and usage journeys

Collect and synthesize detailed user feedback

Identify friction points and communicate insights to product team

Track user satisfaction and engagement

Coordinate testimonials and case studies

Support early access and pre-order programs

Founder’s Office Exposure:

Assist in cross-functional coordination between product, design, and operations

Support special projects across GTM and early growth experiments

Help structure processes as we scale

Work closely with founders on problem-solving and execution

You will have high ownership and visibility across the company.
