HR Psychologist - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent Acquisition: Review and shortlist candidates by evaluating their technical skills, communication abilities, and suitability for the organization's work culture.

2. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules, assist with candidate evaluations, and support the recruitment process to ensure effective hiring.

3. HR Operations: Assist with employee onboarding, document management, employee records, and routine HR administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle.

4. Employee Engagement and Well-being: Conduct regular check-ins with employees and interns, gather feedback, assess engagement levels, and contribute to a supportive workplace environment.

5. Conflict Resolution: Help address minor workplace concerns through empathetic communication, active listening, and fair, solution-oriented problem-solving.

6.
