Role Description

The Event Operation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational planning and execution of luxury weddings and events. This role coordinates event timelines, logistics, vendor management, venue setup, and on-the-day operations to ensure flawless delivery. The Event Operation Manager collaborates closely with planners, designers, and hospitality teams to align operations with creative concepts and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include handling budgets, managing team schedules, monitoring quality standards, resolving operational issues, and ensuring premium customer service for clients and guests. The role also involves regular site visits, pre-event inspections, and post-event reviews to continuously improve operational efficiency and guest experience.

Qualifications

Strong operations management skills, including workflow coordination, logistics oversight, and process optimization.Proven event planning experience with the ability to manage timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site execution for complex events.Excellent customer service and communication skills for interacting with clients, guests, vendors, and internal teams.Demonstrated budgeting skills, including cost tracking, expense control, and working within financial parameters.Ability to lead and motivate on-site teams, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under time pressure.Attention to detail and high standards for quality, aesthetics, and guest experience in luxury event environments.Comfort working long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.Relevant bachelors degree (e.g., Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business) or equivalent professional experience in weddings or luxury events. .
