Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduate (UG) / Graduate

Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply

Candidates with 6 months and onwards of international voice/chat experience preferred

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:

UG/Graduate Fresher: 2.8 to 4.0 LPA (18,000 to 24,000/-)+ incentives (Unlimited Incentives Available for Selected Processes)

Experienced Candidates: 4 to 6.30 LPA (upto 47,000/-)+ incentives (Unlimited Incentives Available for Selected Processes)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats for international customers (UK,US process)

Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate solutions

Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach

Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics

Location - Pune ( Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Kharadi, Yerwada, Hinjewadi )

Shift: Rotational (UK, US Shifts)

Weekly Offs: 2 days Rotational Off/ Sat-Sun OFF

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

International BPO / Customer Support experience preferred.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
