About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Data & Analytics and enterprise technology.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering technology programs in CPG, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods or Manufacturing environments, with a good understanding of Supply Chain processes and enterprise planning technologies.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Finance, PMO and external technology partners to deliver scalable digital solutions.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end delivery of complex Supply Chain Digital Technology programs from planning and governance through testing, deployment, hypercare and transition to support.

Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, RAID, risks and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Data & Analytics and Technology.

Partner with business stakeholders to improve Supply Chain visibility, planning effectiveness, manufacturing performance and data-driven decision making.

Manage vendors and System Integrators, including SOWs, delivery plans, resource models, milestones, deliverables and performance.

Drive project financial management including budget planning, cost tracking, forecasting and benefits realization.

Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live, hypercare and transition to support.

Work with Data & AI teams on analytics, dashboards, data quality and governance initiatives.

Prepare executive-level project status reports, dashboards, RAID updates and governance reviews.

Drive adoption of automation, AI/ML and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure strong collaboration between business, technology, architecture, cybersecurity and external partners.

Must-Have Skills

8+ years of Project / Program Management experience in technology or digital transformation.

Strong experience in Supply Chain / Supply Planning / S&OP / Manufacturing / Inventory / Logistics technology programs.

Experience in CPG / FMCG / Food & Beverage / Consumer Goods / Manufacturing.

Strong end-to-end Technical Project / Program Management experience.

Experience with enterprise planning / SCM platforms such as:

SAP IBP

SAP APO

SAP Planning

Blue Yonder

Kinaxis

or equivalent Supply Chain planning platforms.

Strong stakeholder and executive management experience.

Experience managing vendors, System Integrators and delivery partners.

Strong experience with RAID, budget, resource planning, governance and delivery reporting.

Experience with Data & Analytics / BI / dashboards / data governance.

Experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms.

Strong Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery experience.

Good to Have

Experience in Food, Nutrition, CPG or FMCG R&D / Product Development programs.

Experience delivering AI, ML, GenAI or automation initiatives.

Experience with Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 / Factory Digitalization.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.

Exposure to Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity governance.

Experience working on global / multi-country technology programs.

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or other Agile certification.
