AI - First Python Developer Design Systems Thinker (WFH)

About the job:This role is about how you think- not how many frameworks you've memorised. You'll build, design, and think using AI as a daily tool, which changes how much one sharp mind can create. You'll mostly think, design, and think about systems and data with management, and if approved, then write and check real code, and learn to build faster than whole teams- the most valuable skill there is right now.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organise, design, think, and systemise large-scale data, using AI as your thinking partner, and if approved, build code hand-in-hand with AI tools as your daily partner, to automate business tasks and problems using agentic AI solutions.

2. Read and check the design carefully before coding a single line of code. Code carefully- catch what's wrong and fix it. Verify your own work; never pass through unchecked output.

3. Break problems down to how they really work, and find the faster, better way instead of the obvious slow one.

4. Learn fast, adapt when things change, and communicate clearly, including when stuck.
