Production Support / ETL Support Analyst (Pune)

• Monitor and support daily batch processes and ETL workflows.
• Perform L3 production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Manage and monitor enterprise job scheduling tools and overnight batch cycles.
• Analyze failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
• Support Informatica ETL jobs, data loads, and data validation activities.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and operational support.
• Work closely with business users, application teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues.
• Support day-to-day BAU activities and ensure SLA compliance.
• Participate in release support, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain support documentation.

Mandatory

Skills 5+ years of experience in Production Support / Application Support.

• Hands-on experience with Informatica ETL.
• Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control-M, Autosys, TWS, or equivalent.
• Good scripting knowledge (Shell, Unix/Linux, Python, or PowerShell).
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of batch processing and data reconciliation.
• Ability to perform RCA and handle critical production incidents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Valuable to Have Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD concepts.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Basic understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines .
