We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Sales & Business Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop professional relationships, and drive sales of home automation solutions. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with architects, interior designers, builders, and potential customers to generate leads and convert opportunities into successful projects. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, references, and direct outreach. Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and potential clients. Arrange and attend meetings with architects, designers, and customers to present Homeify Automation's solutions. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to recommend suitable automation solutions. Follow up with prospective clients, share quotations in coordination with the team, and work towards closing deals. Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status, meetings, and sales progress in the company's Task Management System (TMS). Achieve monthly sales and project closure targets. Coordinate with the management team on pricing, negotiations, client requirements, and project handovers. Track market opportunities, competitor activity, and potential business partnerships. Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process. Required Skills: Confidence in client meetings and field sales. Strong follow-up, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities. Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to travel locally for business development. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems. Ability to understand client requirements and present solutions professionally. Eligibility: Experience: 1–3 years in sales, business development, field sales, or B2B sales preferred. Experience in home automation, electricals, lighting, interior design, real estate, or building solutions will be an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude may also apply. Compensation & GrowthFixed monthly salary based on experience and performance.
