Education Counsellor

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Education Counsellor to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding students through their educational journey, helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on various educational programs, assisting with admissions processes, and supporting students in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents to understand their educational needs and aspirations.
• Provide information on various educational programs, courses, and institutions to help students make informed choices.
• Assist students with the admission process, including application submissions and interview preparations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to stay updated on program offerings and admission criteria.
• Organize workshops and seminars to educate students about career options and the importance of higher education.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote educational services and programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in educational sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents effectively.
• Knowledge of the education sector and various academic programs.
• Proficiency in Gujarati is preferred to cater to local students and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
