Technical Operations Associate (Part-Time)

We are looking for a part-time technical support person for our StudyZone365 center. The person should have basic knowledge of computers, internet, Wi-Fi, routers, and online classes. Responsibilities: Check computers, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN connections, and classroom setup before classes. Help students connect to online classes. Solve basic computer, internet, audio, and video issues. Monitor internet during live classes. Report technical or facility problems to management. Support center operations during evening/weekend shifts. Required Skills: Basic computer and internet knowledge. Understanding of Wi-Fi/router/networking basics. Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel. Punctual, responsible, and polite with students. Office Timing : 6:30PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 9:00AM to 10:00PM (Saturday and Sunday with additional payment of INR 500 per day on weekend).
