We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth in IT infrastructure and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Lead sales of IT infrastructure solutions including Servers, Storage, Networking, Firewall, security, Backup, and Software solutions.Identify and develop enterprise and mid-market accounts.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.Build relationships with IT Heads, CIOs, Procurement Teams, and senior management.Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and technical teams for solution design and execution.Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, targets, and team performance.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.Requirements:

510 years of experience in IT Sales / Infrastructure Sales / System Integrator Sales.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions.Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving revenue targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and enterprise customers will be an advantage.Ability to lead a sales team and develop new business opportunities.Compensation: 50,[hidden],000.00 per month
