About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. User Acquisition & Community Growth

Drive user acquisition via online communities, social media outreach, influencer collaborations, and ambassador programs.

2. Onboarding & KYC Management

Manage end-to-end user onboarding, including identity verification and KYC compliance.

3. User Education & Enablement

Develop onboarding materials, tutorials, FAQs, and educational content to simplify user journey.

4. Growth Analytics & Performance Tracking

Monitor key metrics including user activation, engagement, retention, and growth performance.

5. Community Management & Trust & Safety

Manage communities, enforce moderation guidelines, and ensure a safe and positive platform environment.

6. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Deliver prompt customer support and ensure timely resolution of user queries and issues.

7. User Insights & Behavioral Analysis

Analyze user behavior, feedback, and product usage data to identify improvement areas.

8. Reporting & Strategic Insights

Prepare regular reports and share actionable insights to enhance user experience and product growth.

9. Growth Experimentation & Optimization

Plan, execute, and optimize growth experiments to improve conversion and funnel performance.

10. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Stipend Structure:
