The role focuses on optimizing listings, monitoring shop performance, and implementing strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily Etsy shop operations including orders, listings, and inventory Optimize product listings (titles, tags, descriptions, images, SEO) Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and issue resolution in line with Market place standards Track shop performance, traffic, and conversion metrics Plan and execute organic Strategies to drive growth Ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery coordination Requirements: Proven experience managing a Market Place store Strong understanding of SEO, algorithms, and best practices Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail Data-driven approach to improving sales and visibility Working Days & Hours : Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Location: Sector 5, MDC, Panchkula How to Apply: Interested candidates can contact Shipra K Gulati at [hidden] or share their resumes via WhatsApp/email.
