Job Description:Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Align IT delivery initiatives with the organization's long-term goals and strategies.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency. Provide guidance,mentorship, and performance evaluations.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements to enhance service deliveryTrack and report on the performance of IT services and projects, implementing improvements as neededManage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring qualitydelivery.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project successMentor and train team members on best practices, tools, and methodologies.Ensure adherence to IT regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards.Primary Skills (essential): Proven experience of 8-10yearsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to solving issueGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Project Management: Strong project management skills, including experience with methodologies such as Agile,Scrum, or Waterfall.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
