Required Skills & Qualifications:  Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred).  5–8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in furniture, home, or mattress sales.  Strong leadership and team management skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Target-driven, problem-solving mindset.  Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office.
